I was and I am highly impressed with dear Pankaj sir. I met him when he was ADC to Governor of Rajasthani. I never met the personality like him in my life so far. He is not only a great officer but also a great human being too. It’s been 23 years of my meeting with him. I salute and congratulate to Dear Pankaj Sir for great achievements in his life and for being a great human too. Jai Hind !!
